Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If, within 3 calendar days of your purchase, you determine that this program is not the right fit for you, you may submit a written request for a refund to  email [email protected]

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be received within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

  • You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content.

  • You must not have downloaded or substantially accessed any workbooks, templates, meditations, audio recordings, bonus materials, or other downloadable resources.

  • Upon approval of your refund, you must immediately discontinue use of the program and permanently delete all downloaded or printed materials from your devices and storage locations.

Refund requests are evaluated based on course activity, access records, and download history maintained by the Institute.

Refund requests received after the 3-day refund period, or from participants who have substantially accessed the course or its accompanying materials, are not eligible for a refund.

The Institute reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy or that reflects misuse or abuse of the refund process.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, workbooks, meditations, audio recordings, downloadable resources, templates, graphics, written materials, and any other program content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute and is licensed—not sold—for your personal, individual, non-transferable use.

If a refund is granted, your license to access and use the program is immediately revoked. You agree to immediately discontinue use of the program and permanently delete or destroy all digital and printed copies of the materials in your possession or control.

Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, sharing, reproducing, distributing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using any portion of the program or its materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access, legal action, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Technical issues that can be resolved by the Institute do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Verified duplicate charges or unauthorized purchases will be refunded after review.
