REFUND POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Refund Window

For Purchases Paid in Full:

If you paid the full purchase price upfront, you may request a refund within 90 calendar days of your original purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this 90-day window.

After 90 days, all payments become non-refundable and final in support of the financial, logistical, and spiritual preparation required for this event.

If the event is canceled by the organizers, a refund will be issued regardless of the purchase date.

For Purchases Made via a Payment Plan:

If you choose to utilize an installment or payment plan, the refund policy applies individually to each payment (installment) made:

• Refund Eligibility per Installment: You may request a refund for any specific installment payment within 30 calendar days of the date that particular installment payment was successfully posted to your account.
• Non-Refundable Status per Installment: Following the 30-day window from the processing date of any individual installment, that specific payment becomes non-refundable and final. Each installment has its own refund window based on the date it was posted to your account.

2. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend:

• You may transfer your registration to another individual up to 90 days before the event.
• All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our team.
• Any remaining payment balances must be completed before the transfer is finalized.
• Transferred registrations are non-refundable

3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, each installment is part of your commitment.

• All installments must be completed as scheduled.
• Missed or incomplete payments may result in loss of access and forfeiture of your seat without refund.

4. Event Postponement or Cancellation

If circumstances require us to shift the event:

• If postponed, your registration will automatically move to the new date. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organizer
• If canceled by the organizers: You will receive a full refund.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend and have not completed a transfer in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.  If you complete the Rites of Passage coursework and live calls but are unable to attend the in-person retreat, no refunds or partial refunds will be given.

6. Agreement

Upon submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed and agreed to all terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Policies apply except where prohibited by law. 

Please note: All Rites of Passage registrations are to be paid in full by May 2027.
