The Spiritual Hygiene Diagnostic

A Self-Awareness and Alignment Assessment

WELCOME Beloved,

We acknowledge and celebrate you for taking this next step in your Spiritual Hygiene journey. Before we can cleanse, heal, align, or transform, we must first become willing to see clearly. This assessment is designed to help you lovingly evaluate the current condition of your inner life.

Spiritual Hygiene is the daily practice of caring for the Mind, Heart, Body, and Soul. Like any form of hygiene, it requires awareness, attention, and consistent practice. The purpose of this assessment is not to judge you. It is not to tell you what is wrong. It is not to assign blame. It is to provide insight. To help you understand where you are. To reveal areas of strength. To illuminate areas that may be asking for greater care and attention.

As you move through the assessment, answer honestly. Not who you want to be. Not who others expect you to be. Not who you were yesterday. Simply who you are today.

The more honest you are, the more valuable the results will be.

Remember: Awareness is the first act of healing.

How To Complete The Assessment

For each statement, select the response that most accurately reflects your current experience.

Rating Scale
5 = Almost Always  |  4 = Often  |  3 = Sometimes  |  2 = Rarely  |  1 = Never

If a question creates discomfort, pause and breathe. Discomfort often indicates an opportunity for growth. Approach yourself with compassion. Every inquiry is an opportunity.

Please answer every question before continuing, Beloved.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR RESULTS

Breathe, Beloved. Before you review your score, take a deep breath.

Remember: this assessment is not a test. It is not a judgment. It is not a measure of your worth, value, intelligence, spirituality, or potential. Your score is simply a snapshot of the current condition of your inner life. It reflects your present level of awareness, alignment, and attention within the four domains of Spiritual Hygiene:

  • Mind
  • Heart
  • Body
  • Soul

The score does not tell you who you are. It simply reveals where you may be experiencing strength and where you may benefit from greater care, support, and intentional practice.

Approach your results with honesty.
Approach them with curiosity.
Approach them with compassion.

  • Celebrate what is working.
  • Honor the progress you have made.
  • Gently acknowledge the areas that may be asking for greater attention.

The purpose of Spiritual Hygiene is not perfection. It is practice. The goal is not to achieve a perfect score. The goal is to develop a loving, conscious, and consistent relationship with your inner life. Wherever you are today is exactly where your journey begins.

Within the construct of Spiritual Hygiene, awareness is always a blessing, because once we can see clearly, we can choose consciously. Your conscious choice is where your transformation begins.
