What/Who Is a Spiritual Hygiene Practitioner?
A Spiritual Hygiene Practitioner is someone who has completed foundational training in the principles and practices of Spiritual Hygiene and demonstrated a commitment to applying them in daily life.
Practitioner status means you are learning to live clean.
Not perfectly.
Consciously.
It is a sacred commitment to tend your inner life with awareness, honesty, responsibility, and authority.

What You Will Learn
Over six weeks, you will be guided through the foundational teachings and practices of Spiritual Hygiene.
Week 1
Self-Awareness
Learn to notice what is happening in your mind, heart, body, and spirit without judgment.
Week 2
Self-Honesty
Learn to tell yourself the truth about your patterns, emotions, choices, and areas of misalignment.
Week 3
Energetic Responsibility
Learn to own your energy, identify energy leaks, release what is not yours, and respond consciously.
Week 4
Inner Authority
Learn to reclaim your Inner Throne, strengthen self-trust, and choose alignment over reaction.
Week 5
Cleansing the Four Domains
Learn practical tools for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual hygiene.
Week 6
Living Clean
Integrate the practices into daily life and prepare for Practitioner Certification.

The Founding Cohort
You would be a member of the first official Practitioner Certification cohort of the Spiritual Hygiene Institute. As part of the Founding Cohort, you are helping establish a new pathway of conscious living, inner stewardship, and spiritual alignment.
You are not just joining a class.

Successful Completion
To receive certification, participants must:
- Complete the 6-week training
- Engage with weekly teachings and practices
- Complete assigned reflections and worksheets
- Submit the Practitioner Assessment
- Demonstrate sincere understanding and personal application of the work
Practitioner Certification recognizes foundational embodiment and personal practice. It does not authorize therapy, trauma treatment, diagnosis, or independent facilitation of Institute certification programs. Facilitator Certification is a separate training pathway, and a potential stream of income.

Future cohorts will be offered this training at a higher tuition.
